Such a gem in san Cristobal!the staff is great and the room service as well! The rooms clean and comfy. Only complaint is no smoking area no balcony or yard. The lobby closes early and there is no privacy or place for a phone call
La habitación sencilla está en un precio accesible, tiene el espacio suficiente para 2 personas, con las comodidades básicas, la atención desde la entrada es buena y clara, sólo les falta tener el servicio de alimentos. Tiene una excelente ubicación, ya que se encuentra a casi 3 cuadras de la catedral principal de San Cristóbal, dentro del centro Histórico, además que muy próxima a este hotel hay un parque muy tranquilo para poder salir a relajarse un poco, a demás de estar rodeados por restaurantes variados.
I stay here many times. Very safe. Very economical. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great staff. Could not ask for a more pleasant place to stay.
Good value for money, however it can be pretty noisy. The bathroom was ok, the water was only just tepid however. Location wise is perfect just couple of blocks from main square. The staff were great (especially Mabel the dog); they helped me book a taxi to the airport which was nice. Also had a very cheap onsite laundry service which was very convenient.
Bueno, bonito, barato y bien ubicado. El personal muy amable y respetuoso. Las habitaciones sencillas, las camas y almohadas limpias y cómodas. Hay agua caliente cuando necesites. TV por cable. Wi fi incluido. Esta muy bien para los que vamos solo a dormir ya que el día lo pasas en tours por el estado. Diarios nos cambiaban las toallas, limpias, bien secas. Las amenidades son pequeñitas y sencillas mini barra de jabón para cuerpo y sachet de shampoo. Te regalan botellita de agua diaria. Enseguida del hotel está el restaurant Mar y Tierra y ahí puedes consumir desde desayunos a la carta o en Buffet los fines de semana. También escuchar marimba. En la entrada hay pequeñas colecciones miniatura llamativas y vintage para tomar fotos. Por seguridad hay circuito cerrado de cámaras. Me encantaron los rompecabezas que adornan los pasillos. El hotel queda cerca de los principales andadores, templos, parques, restaurantes y museos del centro. Frente al hotel está el Museo del Jade y templo de la Merced. Por la misma calle de Diego de Mazariegos encontraras fácil otros 4 museos más. Algunos públicos, otros privados, otros cerrados por pandemia o que el temblor del 2017 que daño techos de edificios. En la misma cuadra del hotel hay lavandería donde puedes llevar tu ropa en la mañana y por la noche ir por ella y estará lista limpia y oliendo rico. Hay tienditas de comidas, antojitos, artesanías y restaurantes. Disfruten su estancia en el Hotel San Luis y en San Cristóbal de las Casas. Chiapas. Creo que elegí muy bien sin darme cuenta, es acogedor, está a unas cuadras del centro y a otras tantas del mercado. Todo caminando llegas, súper recomendado no se arrepentirán, todo 10/10.
EXTRAORDINARIO! una grata sorpresa!! llegamos por recomendación, el lugar es barato, super limpio, tienen hospedaje por día, semana o mes, el personal es amable y atento, la limpieza excelente, la presión de agua en la regadera es rica y tienen muchas habitaciones accesibles para personas con discapacidad. NOS ENCANTÓ!!
Muy amable el personal se los recomiendo si buscan descansar y sentirse en casa. Se me olvido unas cosas en la habitación y sin problema regrese después de 1 hora por ellos y eran muy amable.
